Payments
Subscriptions and billing are managed by Chargebee, our subscription management provider, and card payments are processed by a PCI-compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card number or bank account details on our systems. Chargebee handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
Financing requests and partnered lenders
F.R.A.N.K.™ is not a lender. If you ask us to connect you with financing, we share the information you choose to submit (such as your contact details and details about the property and requested loan) with an independent, licensed lending firm — only at your request and with your consent. The lending firm handles your information under its own privacy policy. We never share your information with lenders for any other purpose.
Property and public-records data
The platform displays information about properties and property ownership — such as ownership records, sale history, and valuation estimates — sourced from public records and licensed third-party data providers. This is data about real estate, compiled from sources that are already public or commercially licensed; it is separate from the personal account information you provide to us, which we do not sell.
Your choices
You can update profile information, manage marketing preferences, request data exports, or ask us to delete your account where applicable by contacting support at info@frankapp.com.
